The Inventory is the heart of Vaulty. Here you manage thousands of items with extreme precision, all organized and within reach.

Specialized Categories

Vaulty supports specific fields for different categories, because each collection is unique:

• LEGO: Management for Set Number, pieces and other specific details.

• TCG Sealed: Set, Language, Condition (Graded or Raw).

• TCG Sealed Products: For your sealed boxes.

• Coins: Year, Country and Metal.

• Sneakers, Clothing, Watches: Dedicated fields for each category.

• Custom: Can't find the category you're looking for? Add an item with the default data and customize as you prefer.

Each category has its own dedicated table, so your data always stays organized and easy to consult.

⚡Quick Actions on Items

• Duplicate: Did you buy 10 pieces of the same set at different times? With "Duplicate" you prefill the fields and only change the price or the date.

• Bulk Actions: Select multiple items together to change status (e.g. "In Stock" → "For Sale"), add Tags or delete in bulk.

• Powerful Filters: Filter by status (Awaiting Delivery, In Stock, For Sale, etc.), by purchase date or use the search bar to find brands and specific metadata.

• Group Duplicates: Turn this option on to group identical items and immediately see the total quantity available for each product.

📥Import/Export

Import your inventory from xlsx files or export it for personal backups. The import guides are very detailed; for more information read the dedicated page!

🔗Auto-Product Entry

One of the most useful features: Vaulty communicates directly with StockX (Sneakers, LEGO, Clothing), Cardmarket (TCG Pokémon at the moment) and LEGO. Add products with a real-time search and the data auto-fills. For some categories you can also sync via CardMarket/StockX/LEGO URL. Can't find a product? Enter the link in the correct input and the data will still auto-fill.
