🚚Shipments

From this page you can manage all your shipments. Each sale is automatically linked to a shipment: the statuses of shipments and sales are synchronized with each other, so you don’t have to waste time updating them manually from both sides.

↪️Shipment stages

• Label Needed The sale is complete, you need to create the label.

• Ready to Ship The package is ready, only the courier pickup is missing.

• Shipped The package is on its way. Vaulty supports direct tracking links (e.g. BRT, DHL, GLS).

• Delivered End of the journey!

⏰Overdue Alerts

If you exceed the shipping deadline set, the app will highlight the order in red. Also, on the Dashboardpage, if there are shipments:

• pending

• or close to the deadline

clickable Alerts that will take you directly to the affected shipments.

Additionally, Vaulty supports automatic tracking for shipments made with Poste Italiane, Inpost and BRT. Every day the statuses will be updated automatically.
