For each category, fill in the data you want to have saved. Columns with "*" indicate those fields are required, so be sure to fill them in.
Many of the required fields have a dropdown menu so you are at an advantage when filling them in; once you fill in the data you'll just need to copy-paste most of it and you'll be ready to import everything.
⚠️Make sure not to change the column names otherwise you will receive an error and the data related to that category will not be imported

Download the file and import it into Vaulty
Once you have finished entering your data, download the file:
File -> Download -> Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
and import it into the app.
If you did everything correctly, the system will show you a preview with any errors or the total number of rows correctly imported.
Importing data from custom categories
To be able to import products belonging to custom categories (i.e., those not found in the default categories), this is the correct procedure to follow:
1
Create the category
Go to Settings on Vaulty in the "Custom Categories" section and create a new category.
The name you give the category must be the same as the tab name of the new custom category (the one called "Created Custom" in the template file)
2
Assign the correct fields
When you assign the fields from Vaulty, make sure the columns in the Excel file match those created in the category.
You must modify ONLY column H; if you need more columns do:
right click -> Insert 1 column to the right
Below is an example of how the final result should look.
Create a new category on Vaulty.
How the Excel file should look (same category name, same added columns):
Any errors will be visible during import. Do not delete the other columns; you only need to modify/add the ones you need as I explained.

📖Important Notes
For the categories "TCG Sealed Products" and "TCG Singles" you can also insert only the Cardmarket link in column "N" / "S" of the import file and the data will be populated automatically, including images.
Of course you still need to fill in these columns since they concern personal data:
Quantity *
Purchase Price (€) *
Purchase Date *
Purchase Store
Status *
Language *
Condition * (if not filled in a default value will be set)
