📦Sales

To create a sale, you must first have entered one or more items in Inventory. Each inventory item is directly linked to the Salessection: for example, deleting a sale will automatically make the corresponding item available again in Inventory. Once a sale is selected, you will need to enter a series of information useful for:

  • the calculation of profits and expenses

  • the calculation of DAC7

  • the management of platform fees (for some platforms these are calculated automatically based on the amounts entered)

While recording the sale it is also possible to:

  • enter the recipient's data

  • set a deadline for shipping

📌 Each sale is automatically linked to a shipment.

📝How to record a sale

You can record a sale in 3 different ways:

  • From the Salespage, by clicking the appropriate button and selecting one or more items shown on screen

  • From the Inventory, by clicking the icon on the right of the table to record a sale

  • From Inventory, selecting one or more items via checkbox and using the dialog that opens

KPIs update based on the sales displayed on the page; for example, if you toggle "Hide Completed" the KPIs update to reflect the new values visible in the table; the same applies if you filter the results on the page.
